PANELISTS:

Chelsea Ames, AIA

Chelsea Ames is a registered architect and Senior Associate with WJE in the Minneapolis office. She specializes in the evaluation and repair of building enclosure systems from design detailing through construction observation. This background has formed the basis for which she performs enclosure peer reviews and building enclosure commissioning services. Ms. Ames has provided BECx services on numerous buildings on the Iowa State University and University of Iowa campuses, as well as other higher education facilities across the Midwest.

Lincoln Pearce, PE

Lincoln is a Senior Principal and leads IMEG’s Commissioning team leveraging more than 26 years of building design and construction experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and an ASHRAE Certified Building Energy Assessment Professional. His engineering background and experience working with multiple commissioning providers on projects provides him a unique perspective on the commissioning process and benefits.

Wes Gee, LEED AP BD+C, CDT

Wes is an Assistant University Architect at Iowa State University. Previous roles at ISU include Accessibility Coordinator, Facilities Design Standards Coordinator, and Facilities Project Manager.
